Navneet Bargoti is Regional Delivery Head for CCG with responsibility for providing Strategic Sourcing solutions to various customers. This includes understanding their requirement and developing sourcing strategy to achieve common goal of significant cost reduction to their existing supply chain arrangement. Navneet has 12 years of professional experience, of which 8 years is in Manufacturing Operations and more than 4 years is in Strategic sourcing.
Prior to Consus, Navneet has worked in manufacturing domain with Hi-Tech Gears Ltd and Goodyear India Ltd. Then he moved to Moser Baer India Ltd and worked in enhancing Production process operations and ensuring accomplishment of pre-set production targets within stipulated time and cost parameters. Finally, he shifted to Intersources India Pvt Ltd (a part of Hubwoo group) and was responsible for enhancing eSourcing, Remote Consulting, Asia sourcing and Spend Analysis.
Navneet holds an Engineering Degree in Mechanical stream from Rajasthan University, an MBA in Operations from Symbiosis University and also a Diploma in Production Management from AIIMAS, Chennai.
