Niti has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Sales, Business Development and Operations, Campaign Management, CRM Solution.
Prior to Consus Consulting Group; Niti held management positions at Kochhar & Company, Grassik Consultants, Arka Business Solutions, IYogi Technical Solutions, IGate Global Solutions, Renassonic , Gillette and Dalmia Resorts. Niti has led consulting implementations in recruitment firms, Enterprise Sales, Professional Services, Financial Services, FMCG Services in all different sectors and organizations. Niti is a certified sales and marketing trainer, voice and accent trainer and call centre operations and CRM trainer.
She is MA in English Writing from Agra University, MCA in technology from IGNOU and MBA in Sales and Marketing from Symbiosis. Her hobbies are adventure sports, traveling, reading books, singing, playing and meeting and interacting with people from all walks of life.
