Shantanu Bhowmick founded Consus Consulting Group (CCG) in 2010 with the vision of capturing market share around niche IT product offerings, specially focused on the “Buyer - Supplier” universe for the Indian Subcontinent and Middle East Markets. While CCG primarily started off as an extended but deeply integrated sales arm to organizations, today its services range from driving sales, consulting and system integration with marquee customers across industry verticals like Engineering, Spirits, Textile, Retail, Hospitals, Power, Financial Institutions, Pharma & Infrastructure.
He started his journey as an entrepreneur in 2007 setting up Consus iTechnologies, a global HR consulting firm and since then has nurtured several ventures with diverse business interests. Prior to turning entrepreneurial, Shantanu spent several years in both operational and management roles with GE/Genpact, across functions globally as well in India.
Shantanu is an engineer from BITS Pilani and also serves on the board of Southern Engineering Erectors & Consus iTechnologies. Outside of work, his interests range across the equity markets, real estate, contemporary art, traveling and movies.
