Shylaja Rai is Regional Sales Head for CCG with responsibility of growing and managing its business in the western region of India. Shylaja’s main area of expertise is customer relationship management. Previously, she was Manager- Operations for Gplus India, Human Resource Manager for Kingfisher Airlines and served in various verticals like training and CRM, during her 8 years of services with Jet Airways, adding up to more than 13 years of cumulative experience with a background in Human Resources, Training, CRM and Operations.
She is best described as an HR & CRM professional who is self-motivated, passionate, confident, committed, energetic & organised. An eternal optimist, who strongly believes in giving 100% to everything she does and demand perfection and passion in return.
Shylaja is an Economics Graduate and is an avid sportsman and traveler. She has lived in various cities in India and speaks over 5 local languages and her eternal motto is to ‘Live life to the fullest’.
