Vikramdev Mohapatra is Regional Sales Head with the responsibility for driving Sales for Procurement and Sourcing Solutions in North India. Vikramdev has 15 years of experience with a background of Hotel and Airline Sales, In-flight Service Delivery, Call Center Operations and Back Office Operations.
Prior to CCG, Vikramdev held management positions in Aon Hewitt, Dell, Efunds, Jet Airways, KLM & Northwest Airlines and The Oberoi Group of Hotels. Vikramdev has managed large teams servicing multiple clients in HR Outsourcing, Customer Care for North America, Risk Management for large financial institutions, and Passenger Sales for South India besides transitioning and implementing enterprise wide initiatives.
Vikramdev holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Mangalore University and additionally has completed an Executive Program with IIM, Kolkata.
